Minister Shri Vivek Visits IACCIA Regional Headquarters; India-Arab Trade Collaboration in Focus
Honourable Minister for Mines, Geology, Labour & Employment, Government of Telangana, Shri G. Vivek Venkatswamy, visited the India-Arab Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture (IACCIA) Telangana & Andhra Pradesh States Office at Banjara Hills in Hyderabad on Wednesday, 22 July 2026.
During the visit, IACCIA (TG & AP) President Mohammed Abdullah Khan briefed the Honourable Minister on the Chamber's ongoing initiatives, strategic framework, and overarching efforts to strengthen trade, investment, and bilateral economic cooperation between India and the Arab nation bloc.
The discussion centered on unlocking new avenues for collaboration in Telangana's vibrant mining and industrial sectors, alongside creating structured pathways for skilled labor mobility to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. President Khan highlighted upcoming trade delegations, B2B matchmaking sessions, and technology transfer opportunities in sustainable agriculture and mineral processing.
Expressing appreciation for IACCIA's initiatives, Shri G. Vivek Venkatswamy lauded the Chamber's efforts in fostering stronger economic relations between India and the Arab countries. He noted that such collaborative platforms play a vital role in promoting trade, attracting investments, encouraging entrepreneurship, and creating new opportunities for industry and skilled professionals.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both sides expressing their willingness to explore future collaborations through business delegations, investment forums, and knowledge-sharing initiatives aimed at strengthening India-Arab economic ties.
